Bloomfield is a senior music education and composition major at Illinois State University where he studies with his teachers Dr. Roger Zare, Dr. Roy Magnuson, and Dr. Carl Schimmel. After graduating, he plans to apply for graduate programs and continue developing his writing style and technique.
In the future, Bloomfield plans on using his platform and knowledge to help develop the next generation of composers and help newer students find their voice through writing music.
