TOM BRADBURY
TOM BRADBURY is a composer, multi-instrumentalist and performer currently studying Composition at Trinity Laban Conservatoire. Composition for Tom extends not just to writing for commissions and competitions, but also writing for film, as well as song writing.
For Tom, being commissioned to work on various different musical projects where collaboration is of the utmost importance is vital. He enjoys a variety of different styles which influence his creativity in different ways. Whether it’s contemporary classical, minimalism, fusion, jazz, romanticism,: the list goes on.
While enjoying composition, Tom is also a keen performer and improviser. His experience as an accomplished saxophonist and pianist extends to performing as a soloist in concerts, as well as playing at private functions and at local pubs. Having been classically trained in saxophone he possesses additional expertise in improvisation and jazz.
A passionate advocate of the power of music on emotional well being in young people, Tom has been involved in local charity events that promote the healing properties of music in the community and that promote mental wellbeing. He believes strongly that music should be accessible to all.
