CASEY THOMAS

CASEY ANDREW THOMAS (b. 1997) is a composer based in San Diego, CA. He has received the John Philip Sousa Band Award and the "Semper Fidelis" Award for Musical Excellence. He currently studies music composition at Palomar College.

Casey is also an accomplished tuba player and, as of 2014, studies privately with Eric Weirather. He currently performs with the Palomar Symphony Orchestra at Palomar College and in the Wind Ensemble at CSUSM in San Marcos, California. He has also conducted both the Palomar Symphony Orchestra and the Palomar College Brass Ensemble on several occasions.
